Thad is a native San Diegan, having grown up in Chula Vista and graduating from Bonita Vista High School. He is the youngest of 8 children so he learned at an early age how to stand out in a crowd, even if that crowd was his own family! Being a Navy kid (his dad retired from the U.S. Navy as a Commander) provided him great insight into the lives of a large segment of today’s San Diegan families. Although Thad works with clients all around the county, the South Bay will always be his backyard where he is widely known and respected in industry circles.

Thad’s prior work in the graphics and printing industry offered him invaluable experience in management, marketing, and communications. He managed a diverse combo team of sales and production personnel, which gave him extensive insight into fulfilling client expectation and quality satisfaction. He has honed his negotiating skills over the years and routinely succeeds in getting his buyers’ offers accepted or obtaining high market value for his sellers. He has parlayed this experience into a successful array of client offerings, catering to both sides of the transaction. Thad’s expertise spans from first-time and move up buyers, to full scale seller marketing in the Luxury Home segment.

When not working, Thad can be found mountain biking, hiking or out and about with his family enjoying all that San Diego has to offer! Or maybe, just maybe, you will find him formulating his latest recipe as he pursues his passion of home-brewing!
