Originally from "The Valley" in Los Angeles, Jess and her twin sister moved to San Diego to attend SDSU. After obtaining her Major in Communications and Marketing, she realized that San Diego was where she belonged.
Jessica uniquely got her start in Real Estate by working for a high-volume Short Sale Brokerage, where she managed a team who closed an average of 15 Short Sale Listings per month. This quickly taught her to be a firm and skilled Negotiator with the main goal being client satisfaction. She has worked in a variety of positions on other high-producing teams which rounded out her knowledge and skill set.
When Jess joined the Ken Pecus Team as their Listing Coordinator, she quickly fell in love with the role because of the direct contact she gets with all walks of life in the real estate industry on a daily basis. Jess flourishes in a problem-solving environment because it allows her to utilize her wide array of skills to produce excellent results for all parties. Her “official” title is Listing Manager for the team, however her day to day reach goes far beyond into marketing (print, online and social media), property evaluation and good old fashion common sense people management!
She also continues to work with her own Clients on buying and selling real estate throughout San Diego County.
