Our experience with Lamia Khorshid was amazing. We had owned our Mission Bay condo for fifty years and decided it was time to sell. Lamia brought us an all-cash offer in seven days.
Candace contacted Lamia with whom she’s worked before and talked about listing the property. They walked through the property and even though Candace is a successful professional designer, Lamia made valuable points. I had initially thought of using my broker’s license to list and sell the property, but I hadn’t been active in sales for a long time, so I concluded it was best to rely on an agent up t o date on all that is required for sales these days. And it DID!
Lamia immediately scheduled open houses, and because the unit was completely furnished, Including some keepsakes, we asked and she made every inspection by appointment only. With the open houses she did, she or her assistant met people at the door of the complex and escorted them to the unit, but then Lamia had a brilliant idea.
The condo is In a building on Mission Bay and next to Fanuel Park. It’s a beautiful setting, so instead of going directly to the unit, Lamia met prospects at the front door, and walked them through the park along the path next to the building, then to the beach at the end of the complex. The views of the park, the bay, the spa and beach half-sold the unit even before showing it. What a great sales technique.
Within a week after listing, Lamia presented us an offer made of all cash, to close in two weeks!
