Todd is a proven real estate professional specializing in supporting top-producing agents at The Pecus Group. Starting as a licensed assistant 27 years ago, Todd loves working behind the scenes anticipating client and agent needs and providing solutions for successful escrow closings and rewarding client experiences. In addition to providing direct support to Ken Pecus and his clients, Todd serves as Operations Manager for The Pecus Group, where he orchestrates agent recruiting, onboarding new team members, training, mentorship, and providing the day-to-day support our agents need to provide concierge-level services to their clients.
