Meet Ryan Wamhoff, a true California native, who was born in Newport Beach and has called Coronado home since middle school (with a few side trips). If you are looking for a Realtor that lives and breathes the very fabric of Coastal and Coronado lifestyle, then Ryan is your man!

Ryan’s experience is heavily influenced by his previous careers in the hospitality industry, as well as more recently as a first responder! After graduating Coronado High School, Ryan went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University in Psychology. Through a series of post graduation assignments, Ryan’s career and travels led him to the East Coast, where in North Haven, CT, he worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and volunteer Firefighter with the North Haven Fire Department. Nothing can prepare you for the rigors of life, as when YOU are the one being depended upon to help save a life!

You can take the man out of Coronado, but you just can’t take Coronado out of the man! Ryan had previously spent 15 years working for Island Surf, as well as being a surf instructor for Coronado Surfing Academy. The pull of home was too strong, and Ryan relocated back to Coronado in 2016 and started his pursuit of a real estate career.

Choosing a real estate career was not by accident. Ryan’s real estate family lines are strong as his Grandmother, Barbara Wamhoff, is one of the most liked and respected agents on the island. Ryan has now set forward in a mentored partnership with Barbara, as he applies the same intensity to real estate. His passion, dedication, and keen eye for details working with people in such diverse situations has allowed him to develop a unique set of skills perfect for Real Estate. At the same time, the familial and inter-generational partnership of the Wamhoffs has created a stellar opportunity for their clients to experience the perfect real estate transaction.

In his personal time, you can find Ryan doing what he truly loves…bike riding, sailing, but most importantly, surfing those endless summers of Southern California.
