Time to meet EVERYONE’s favorite, Jolee Bartlett! Jolee has been at Ken’s side for the last two decades as the Ken Pecus Group has navigated and flourished in all types of market cycles. From boom, to the bust of the Great Recession, back to the stability of today’s market, Jolee is truly the heart and soul of our whole operation. She is absolutely the favorite of all our clientele and, ah heck, our favorite too!

Jolee was born in San Diego but, after her father's passing, she and her family moved to the Pomona Valley area of Los Angeles County at the age of 7 to be closer to her maternal grandparents. She went to school there and eventually graduated from Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, CA. After meeting her future husband, getting married, and moving back to San Diego, she began work at the world-famous Hotel del Coronado. The foundation to Jolee's unique skills in client care were formulated when she served 21 years in the hospitality industry.

Jolee got to live as charmed a life as one can live when it came to being a military wife.  Even though the military can be very transient, her husband Mark was fortunate enough to be able to be stationed at NAS North Island for his entire career, making 6 deployments on aircraft carriers during that time. It gave them the opportunity to raise their son in one place, which allowed them all greater stability. It was an opportunity to really put down roots and maintain long term friendships and relationships within the community. It was this military foundation that has also contributed to Jolee’s amazing work ethic and empathy for everyone’s individual situations and walks of life.

Jolee is our Executive Team Manager, assisting with the high-volume day-to-day activities, which includes but not limited to all escrow communications, transactional management and in-depth client relations. She has developed extensive real estate expertise that translates to happy clients who permanently remain a part of our extended family after their sale or purchase. And did we mention it… yes EVERYONE loves to be around Jolee, so Happy Clients means a very Happy Team!

In her spare time she likes to read, travel and keep up on current entertainment news… i.e. any good Hollywood gossip!
